First of all, you have lovely and clear handwriting. Second of all, love reading all you post, it's very evocative and even when it's just for yourself, it makes for a good read because it's so... Honest? Authentic? Somewhere around there. Please keep it up!

Aloha e Lilia! I read your latest post and it spoke to me. I'm someone that also prefers to be called by my race. POC also does leave a weird taste in my mouth. As you said, it basically divides us into whites and others (and even ʻwhiteʻ has been subjective throughout history). I live in a racially diverse country like the UK and I think it would be beneficial if people leaned into their heritage to give them a deeper sense of identity than either white or non-white. I feel like that binary social structure blends culture together on the surface without the depth to provide people with purpose. But those are my feelings which I could debate myself into a circle with, haha. Other than my response to your 18 May post, Iʻm enjoying reading through your blog! Your writing if very gripping like Iʻm in a conversation that makes time pass in a blink of an eye. Hope your having a pleasant time whenever you catch this message!
